Qualifications:
You must be 18 years of age or older, a Michigan resident, and reside in Delta County.
Procedure:
An application from the Delta County Clerk’s Office must be completed and returned to the Clerk’s Office with a $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) surety bond and payment of a $10.00 (ten dollars) processing fee to Delta County.The applicant must then mail the application and a check or money order for $10.00 (ten dollars) to the State of Michigan. The Notary Certificate is mailed directly to the applicant.
