The Master Plan guides planning, development, and zoning for Delta County. It serves as a resource for boards, administration, and community members for development opportunities and land-use patterns, identifying important and potentially transformative projects, and aligning resources to address growth and improve quality of life. The Plan was written in collaboration with townships, cities, professional and non-profit groups, and community members, over a period of 2 years. The Plan was adopted by the Board of Commissioners in 2021 and will serve the county for 20 years, with annual reviews and updates.
