Make Payments Simply.

Delta County now accepts credit and debit card payments through GovPayNet. Payments can be made with a major credit, debit or prepaid debit card, including:

GovPay Credit Card logos
Payments can be made for:

  • Delinquent Taxes
  • Pet Licenses – under the category ‘tax year being paid’, please type in “Animal License”. Under ‘property/parcel number’, please fill in the type of license being purchased.
  • Plat Books

To make a payment, you will need the following:

  • Pay Location Code (PLC #)
  • Payment Amount
  • Name of person for whom payment is being paid
  • (Other information that your agency requires)

GovPayNet is a privately contracted credit and debit card processor under an agreement with the agency
intended to receive payment. If the payment is bail or bail-related, GovPayNet is the merchant of record,
providing a remote cash bail processing service. For all other payments, the collecting agency is the merchant.
If you have any questions about GovPayNet’s role, please discuss them with the contracting agency.

Starting Monday, November 3rd, 2025, the East side and South side (front entrance) of the Delta County Courthouse will be closed to citizens and employees for parking. As construction is completed, those sections will reopen. Please plan accordingly when visiting the Courthouse. This will not affect entry into the Courthouse, as that is still located at the front of the building on the South side. This is for parking only. Thank you for your patience.
